School administrators, teachers, and coaches that are not shared through a district’s SIS can be added by uploading an admins.csv file into your Clever dashboard. A template and instructions for this file can be downloaded directly through Clever’s website at https://support.clever.com/hc/en-us/articles/229253547-How-do-I-manage-school-admins.

The "Admin_title" column should include the word "coach." We will search for a substring of "coach." "Coach, principal," "Admin, coach," and "technology, cOaCh," are examples of what would be accepted.

This will allow the uploaded users to logon to the BigIdeasMath.com online platform via Clever. If any other title is entered in that column, users will not be able to log into the system.
