If a student is in a supported assignment with the chat tutor option enabled by their teacher, they will have receive a “Need help?” prompt if they incorrectly answer a question. When clicked on, this will open the remediation panel. If the student incorrectly answers a second time, the chat tutor option becomes available. Students can access the chat tutor one time for each question.
