Single Sign-On Users:

1. Teachers and students will need to contact their IT department.

As a Teacher (Self-Registration): 

1. To retrieve your password, go to www.bigideasmath.com and select 'Forgot Password.' 
2. Enter your username and click, 'Next.' 
3. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. The link will direct you back to BigIdeasMath.com where you will enter in a new password and confirm. 

As a Student (Self-Registration Only):

1. To retrieve your password, go to www.bigideasmath.com and select 'Forgot Password.'
2. Enter the username that was given to you when you registered. 
3. A message will appear when you enter your username letting you know your teacher has been notified. 
4. Once your teacher has sent you a temporary password, use that password and your username to login at www.bigideasmath.com. 
5. Enter your temporary password as your current password. Then enter and confirm your new password. 

Teacher sending Temporary Password to Student: 

1. If a student forgets his or her password, go to Class Management. A temporary password will appear next to the student who forgot their password. 
2. Provide the student with the new password. When the student logs in, he or she will be prompted to change the password.
