If you are experiencing issues with the eBook web reader on a Chromebook, try the following adjustments:

• Disable extensions that may interfere with your browser. One such extension is Avira Browser Safety.
• Browse with an incognito window. By default, extensions are disabled in this mode.
• Click the little sandwich icon in the top right of the browser.
• Select "New Incognito Window."
